Paul Mitchell P.G.A Head Golf Professional
Paul has been part of the Bristol & Clifton team for 14 years now, firstly as assistant and as head professional since 2002. As a coach, Paul is fully qualified and has completed many PGA courses to keep his knowledge up to date. His enthusiasm and commitment towards teaching has helped to make him one of the most sought after coaches in the area. As one of the Gloucestershire junior coaches, Paul has the responsibility of developing future county stars. One success story from this system is Chris Wood, a current England player and reigning Russian Amateur champion. Under Paul’s guidance Wood capped off an outstanding year in the amateur ranks by securing first position in the PING/EGU order of merit.
