Dress Code
| Revised Dress Regulations This Club requires appropriate standards of good dress from all Members, Guests and Visitors. Dress standards are, still, a matter of good taste and common sense and a specific list of all acceptable/unacceptable dress would be inappropriate. However, for the avoidance of doubt, the following are not acceptable at any time, either on the Course or in the Clubhouse:- Denim jeans, sports or boxer shorts, beach wear, collarless t-shirts, sweater alone (other than roll-neck), shell suits and trainers; shirts must be kept tucked into trousers at all times. Peaked caps to be worn with the peak to the front. Shoes/sandals without socks are not acceptable for gentlemen. In addition, the following specific rules apply. | ![]() Dress Code |
| Golf Shoes Generally, golf shoes may not be worn in the Clubhouse, other than in the changing rooms. However, in the appropriate weather conditions, access to the Casual Bar may be available from the terrace. At those times, it is acceptable to wear golf shoes in order to gain direct access to the Bar from the terrace door. | ![]() |
| Lounge and Dining Room Players, Guests and Visitors are expected to be properly dressed in smart casual wear to use these facilities. Plus fours and plus twos are acceptable. It is of course expected that after Club matches (not including league matches) and at Club functions those using the dining room and lounge will continue to wear a jacket and tie. | ![]() |
