Harry Fowler wins Wills Cup
March 23 2008, 12:30 pmHarry Fowler started off the season very much as he left off last season. An excellent 38 points in very cold, very windy weather won him the Wills Cup by two points. Second with 36 was DB Jones with young Tom Waycott taking third on count back. Only 31 people played which considering the conditions was not bad - the course was playing long but well but the temperature must have been about - 5 taking into account the wind chill factor. |
