March 29 2008, 3:41 pmOn a winter's day at the end of March Richard Bromilow very generously entertained the members to drinks and canapes on his drive-in day. The entertainment was superb - the weather was not.
However 66 pairs played the course and Andy Maynard and Rob Crews won with 39 points. They pipped Nick Chapple and Andrew Bowen on the last 6 holes. 3rd were David Robshaw and John Holden on 37 and they just beat the Captain and the Vice on a count back on the last 9.
A difficult but most enjoyable day was had by all - and many thanks to Richard.
